KEY      Action      
W         forward movement
S         reverse movement
A         strafe left
D         strafe right
Q         previous weapon
E         next weapon
SHIFT     select grappling hook
MOUSE     turn left/right and aiming
MOUSE1    use selected item/weapon
SPACE     jump
CTRL      also a fire key

Binded keys to say something:
H         Help needed at BASE!!
R         Return the FLAG!!
T         Guard the base, coming back WITH FLAG!!
and anything else you want in there
make sure to type "+mlook" in the console to activate the mouse looking/aiming.
